Experience Abstraction
In this educational programme, children and young people experience exceptional art, architecture and history up close – they discover connections to their own lives and learn about and understand the theme of abstraction through the originals in the collection.
In ‘Experience Abstraction’, your group has the museum all to itself from Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon – before the museum opens to the public! Our trained art educators ensure an unforgettable architecture and art experience in a methodically prepared tour. In our digital colour lab, the adventure of abstraction can then be experienced experimentally. At digital stations, the content learned is deepened through playful experimentation. Working with the originals and creating your own and collaborative digital artworks strengthen personal development as well as visual, media and social skills.
