We will contact you three months before your pass expires with a view to renewing it. If you would then like to cancel your pass, you can simply send us an e-mail.
If you decide to continue enjoying art with us (which we very much hope you will!), you don't need to do anything else. Your annual pass will then be automatically renewed for another year and your account will be debited with the corresponding annual pass fee.
